How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our size guide available on each product page under the Size Guide tab. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers.

How do I know how much a product costs as you only show 'From' pricing?

To provide the best possible price to you based on the design you wish to have printed, we calculate your price based on your design size(s), the number of customised areas in which you place a design, the product price and the quantity you order. The price will be calculated dynamically, including accounting for volume discounts, and displayed for you in the designer as you are creating your design and building your order and prior to you placing products in your cart.

Do you offer discounts for volume?

Our pricing has been developed to support large volume orders. Discounts are automatically applied in the designer as you stipulate the quantity you wish to order by size. Discounts increase depending on volume and any offers available. The discount structure is listed on every product page.

Customising Products

What can I include in my design?

Your design can include any combination of photographs, graphic designs, text, numbers, QR codes. As long as your design remains within the customisable area designated, it will be printed.

What is the minimum file resolution I can use for my design?

We require a minimum 300dpi file resolution to ensure we have a good enough quality image to satisfactorily print your design.

How do I create or add my design?

We have produced a video tutorial to show you how to use our designer to create your design. Click on this link to watch the tutorial.

How do you print my design onto products?

We use cutting edge Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers that are applied to your products using a very high temperature press.

Can you explain DTF?

DTF is the latest decoration technology that enables us to apply designs of unmatched colour vibrancy and razor-sharp detail to products. DTF transfers are printed using state-of-the-art printers which print your design directly onto clear film. An adhesive powder is then applied to the reverse side of the printed imagery which is activated under high heat to bond and impress your design into the product.

Are the transfers eco-friendly?

Our transfers are made with OEKO-TEX® Eco Passport certified ink and adhesive powder which meet the highest environmental and safety standards.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. We ship ex Melbourne, so we estimate 2-5 business days for standard shipping within Australia.

Do you charge for shipping?

We currently charge a flat rate Australia-wide shipping fee of $15 regardless of the number of items in your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within Australia at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All products we supply are custom printed for you. As a result, we do not accept returns unless the item or print is received from us and found to be faulty or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
