As all products are uniquely customised with your specific design, orders are typically despatched in 4 - 5 business days, although during high demand times, despatch timing may be extended.
Once finalised, your order will be despatched via Australia Post to the address registered against your order. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order size in accordance with the relevant Australia Post fees and any free or flat-rate shipping offers provided by The You Label from time-to-time. The Duration of time taken for your order to be delivered from The You Label to the registered address on your order is out of the control of The You Label.
Shipping and tracking details will be provided to you once your order has been booked for delivery. It is your responsibility to liaise with Australia Post regarding the whereabouts, redirection, failed delivery and any other aspect of the delivery of your order. Once we transfer products to Australia Post, title and risk of loss passes to you. The You Label is not responsible for any failed or misdelivered orders.
